ESA Conditioning Camp

This camp is designed for players ages 14-19 and is for all levels of basketball players. This camp will concentrate on speed, footwork, endurance and muscle building exercises geared towards basketball. Plyometric and resistance training will be utilized during this camp. This camp will get players ready for the season and will be highly intensive. It is one thing to have all the skills needed to play, but without the proper fitness level, your whole game will suffer. It is our goal to help train the player to a high level of fitness that will allow for faster development. This camp is designed to be used multiple times and is sure to have an impact on the player’s success. This is a 4 week camp and will run year round. Boys and girls will be in separate camps at this level. Campers will meet twice a week and will have physical homework. Each session is 1.5 hours.
