Varsity Express

This camp is designed for players already playing Jr. Varsity or Varsity basketball, or aspires to and wants to increase their skill level to be able to excel in the coming years. We will concentrate on skills needed to play at a high level, while focusing on the physical makeup of the players. Intensive drills will be used to increase fitness, focus and toughness to each player’s game. Skill sets such as seeing the floor, handling defensive pressure, one on one moves and step back moves used in creating space are some of the skills taught or sharpened during this camp. This level is limited to 10 players per camp and will run for 8 weeks per session. Players are encouraged to use this camp prior to the season, as it will get them ready for tryouts both physically and mentally. Each session is 1 hour and boys and girls will be in separate camps at this level.

Each Varsity level training camp is 4 weeks long and will meet twice a week for 2 hours.

Fridays 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm

July 2nd - August 1st
Wednesdays 3:30pm-5:30pm
