Genesis Express

“And in the beginning…..” This level is designed for player’s ages 9-12 yrs old that lack the fundamentals of the game and need to be taught the correct way to dribble, pass and shoot. Bad habits are almost impossible to break once the player reaches 8th or 9th grade, so this level of training is vital for players to achieve a proper knowledge of the basics. Form and technique are the focal points of this level. Players will also be taught the rules of the game and will be given homework (physical) between each session. Each camp is limited to 10 players and is for boys or girls.

Each Genesis Express level training camp is 4 weeks long and will meet twice a week for 2 hours.

Genesis Express 1
June 7th- July 1st
Saturdays: 11:00am – 1:00pm
Tuesdays: 11:30am – 1:30pm

Genesis Express 5
June 24th - July 17th
Tuesdays: 9:00am - 11:00am
Thursdays: 9:00am - 11:00am
