 Coach Hockley is the Founder and Director of Elite Sports Academy and Heart and Hustle Basketball Academy. He has put together a state of the art training program for every level of player. Willie Dixon, Coach
 Coach Dixon, graduated from Southeast High School in 1979 where he lettered in Basketball, Football and Track. He is currently a FHSAA certified basketball official with over ten years officiating at the High School, AAU and Park and Rec. levels in Florida, Alabama and Minnesota. While serving in the United States Army, he was a member of five Commander’s Cup Championship Teams while stationed at different military bases around the world. He exceled in basketball both as a player and as a coach, at the Unit, Battalion and Post Levels during his 20 years of military service. In 1995, he served as the assistant Varsity Boys Basketball coach at Countryside High School in Clearwater, FL. Upon retiring from the military he became the head coach for the Junior Varsity Boy’s basketball team at East Bay High School in Gibsonton, FL, from 1999-2005. His areas of expertise are in communication; individual and team defense; strength and conditioning; ball handling; passing; shooting; perimeter and post play.

Andrew West, Head Staff Coordinator
 Andrew comes to us from Idlewild Baptist Church, where he has served in the Recreational Ministry and worked as a grounds keeper for 4 years. He has an extensive background in organizational duties and will help make each ESA event a success. He will serve as the Head Staff Coordinator and will have many vital duties throughout each camp. Andrew is an absolute blessing to have on staff and he will strive to make sure every parent and child have a great time while attending an HHBA event.
